The Soul of Our Studio

Sonder Space was born from a simple desire-to create a place where people can slow down, breath deeper, and feel more at home in themselves.

Tucked into our home in Seattle, this space is something we’ve built with care over time. Not just physically, but energetically. Every corner is an invitation to soften, to arrive, and to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the people around you.

Born from a Vision of Peace

Holly Atman Yoga was founded on the simple principle that everyone deserves a space to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with their essence. Our story is one of dedication to creating a supportive environment for authentic self-exploration.

Guided by Anja Kellner-Rogers & Hannah Suh

Anja brings over a decade of devotion to movement and teaching. She has been part of the Grinning Yogi community in Seattle for more than 10 years, leading teacher trainings and workshops with a presence that is both grounded and expansive. With a background in dance, her teaching feels fluid, expressive and deeply attuned. 

Hannah’s path began in a different rhythm—as a Division 1 athlete at University of California, Berkeley— before finding her way into yoga, breathwork, and wellness after moving to Seattle. Her work lives at the intersection of movement, music and community. Shaped by years of gathering people—whether through wellness spaces or music festivals—she brings a natural ability to create environments where people feel connected, open, and at ease. Alongside holding the business and vision of Sonder Space, she holds 200 hr yoga teaching certificate and curates experiences that are intentional, immersive, and alive.
